In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

These Terms and Conditions, together with the pkr365 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pkr365 with respect to your use of the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any of the following actions: (a) completing the pkr365 account registration process; (b) making a deposit to your pkr365 account; (c) placing any wager on the platform; or (d) continuing to use any pkr365 service after a notified revision to these Terms has taken effect.

pkr365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. By registering a pkr365 account, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• You are accessing pkr365 voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment;
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• Online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your specific location at the time of play;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or director of pkr365.

pkr365 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify any of the above representations, including government-issued identification (CNIC, passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by pkr365 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

To access real-money gaming services on pkr365, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) pkr365 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkr365 will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the individual from the platform. Any bonus winnings accumulated through multiple accounts will be voided in their entirety.

pkr365 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and approved cryptocurrency methods including USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits to pkr365 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

All funds deposited with pkr365 must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to a person other than the registered pkr365 account holder — are strictly prohibited and may trigger an account investigation and funds hold.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted to pkr365 are processed within the following indicative timeframes, subject to completed KYC verification:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically 5–30 minutes from approval;
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank Transfer: Typically 1–4 business hours;
• Cryptocurrency: Typically 15–60 minutes, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. pkr365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

pkr365 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, third-party payment providers (including mobile wallet operators and banks) may apply their own transaction fees. Cryptocurrency network fees are borne by the player.

All wagers placed on pkr365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. Game-specific rules are published within each game or market on the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game.

Sports Betting: Odds for sports events — including PSL cricket matches, Pakistan international cricket fixtures, UFC, and other markets — are set by pkr365 and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked for that wager. pkr365 reserves the right to void any sports bet where: (a) the event is abandoned or postponed beyond a stated threshold; (b) odds were published due to a manifest error; or (c) there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or insider information.

Live Casino: All live dealer games on pkr365 use certified equipment operated by trained studio personnel. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, pkr365's server logs will determine the outcome. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to your pkr365 balance.

Manifest Errors: pkr365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under terms that were published due to a manifest error, such as a software malfunction, data feed error, or human input mistake. Bets placed with knowledge of a manifest error may be treated as invalid regardless of outcome.

pkr365 operates a structured bonus programme including a welcome deposit match, weekly reload bonuses, live casino cashback, and a VIP loyalty programme. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus funds credited to your pkr365 Bonus Balance must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts;
• pkr365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus not claimed within the validity period specified in the relevant offer;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and certain game types may not contribute to wagering requirements at all. Contribution rates are listed within each bonus offer;
• Any attempt to abuse the pkr365 bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr365 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or payment method ownership;
• Money Laundering: Using the pkr365 platform for any purpose related to the concealment, conversion, or transfer of proceeds of criminal activity;
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating the use of a pkr365 account by a minor;
• Multiple Accounts: Holding or attempting to hold more than one pkr365 account for any reason;
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers or interact with the pkr365 platform;
• Collusion: Coordinating wager strategies with other players, particularly at live poker or other multi-player table games on pkr365;
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider in respect of a genuine pkr365 deposit;
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or technical errors for financial gain.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, and data published on the pkr365 platform are the intellectual property of pkr365 or its licensed suppliers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The pkr365 name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks of pkr365.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr365 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, copy, or distribute any pkr365 content; (b) create derivative works based on pkr365 materials; (c) use pkr365 brand assets without express written permission; or (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any pkr365 software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr365 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss arising from technical failures not caused by pkr365's gross negligence.

pkr365's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount deposited by you to pkr365 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) PKR 500,000.

pkr365 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party outages (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or telecommunications network failures), or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all pkr365 services.

pkr365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the pkr365 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it applies to your use of the platform.

pkr365 collects personal information including your name, date of birth, mobile number, device data, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the pkr365 platform experience.

pkr365 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa infrastructure), game providers, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.

The following responsible gaming tools are available on pkr365:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the player. Limits take effect immediately when decreased. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period;
• Loss Limits: Configurable thresholds that prevent further play once net losses reach the specified amount within the defined period;

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your pkr365 account at any time by contacting pkr365 support via live chat. Upon a voluntary closure request, any real money balance remaining in your account after deduction of any applicable bonus funds not meeting withdrawal requirements will be returned to your registered payment method.

pkr365-Initiated Closure: pkr365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where: (a) there is a breach of any of these Terms; (b) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; (c) fraudulent or illegal activity is identified; (d) required by law, regulation, or our licensing authority's direction; or (e) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 24 months.

Where pkr365 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms by the account holder, any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. pkr365 will communicate its findings in writing and, where funds are determined to be lawfully owed to the player, will arrange their return within a reasonable timeframe.

pkr365 may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — pkr365 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via the platform and, where possible, by direct communication to your registered contact details.

Minor amendments, including typographic corrections, clarifications, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law, may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication on the pkr365 platform. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review the pkr365 Terms and Conditions periodically. The most current version will always be available at pkr365.one/terms-conditions. Your continued use of pkr365 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkr365's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that may be available to you under the law of your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution Procedure: In the event of any dispute between you and pkr365, you should first contact pkr365 customer support via live chat or the support email address. pkr365 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. If you are not satisfied with pkr365's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under our operating licence.

pkr365 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any consumer arbitration body that is not specifically designated in our operating licence. Any legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be conducted in the language of these Terms — English.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
